NOVEMBER 18, 2022 — WASHINGTON, DC —

Democratic Challenger Adam Frisch Concedes to Second Amendment Institute Friend, and powerhouse gun rights Congresswoman, Lauren Boebert.

Around 2:45 PM eastern time on Friday November 18, Adam Frisch called and conceded to Congresswoman Lauren Boebert in the tight race for Colorado’s third Congressional district, according to reports at CNN.

Although there will be an automatic recount done by the Colorado secretary of state’s office, Frisch said in a live Facebook speech that he did not ask for a recount, does not expect the results to change and does not want there to be fundraising done for an essentially fruitless cause.

Boebert acknowledged Friday that she had received Frisch’s concession call, tweeting, “I look forward to getting past election season and focusing on conservative governance in the House majority. Time to get to work!”

SAI President Tyler Yzaguirre was quick to comment on the victory, “I am very happy that Congresswoman Boebert has won her re-election, and quite frankly, I’m not surprised…she’s a force to be reckoned with!”

The Second Amendment Institute hosted Boebert for its Fifth Anniversary Celebration and premier Second Amendment Champion Ceremony in June 2021 in Washington, D.C.

SAI looks forward to working with Boebert in the future to defend the Second Amendment from all those who seek to dismantle it.

WASHINGTON, D.C. —

Relentless Second Amendment defender and friend of the Second Amendment Institute, Anna Paulina Luna won her Congressional race last night in Florida’s 13th District.

Board Member Lt. Colonel Allen West, ret. looks forward to Anna Paulina Luna defending our rights in the halls of Congress,

Congratulations to Representative Elect Anna Paulina Luna. I look forward to her defending our Constitutional rights, freedoms, and liberties. It’s great to have a fellow Veteran in elected office.”

Anna Paulina Luna is a strong independent leader, earning her stripes by serving her country, not by serving herself. Raised by a single mother in Southern California's low-income neighborhoods, Anna learned that she must work hard and be independent to succeed.

Paulina Luna spoke at SAI’s inaugural Defending Freedom Action Summit in April 2019 in Arlington, Virginia, and since then, also joined Yzaguirre on the Daily Caller show to discuss the dangers of red flag laws.

Second Amendment Institute President Tyler Yzaguirre was very excited on the win stating,

I’m extremely happy that my friend and true freedom-bleeding patriot Anna won her Congressional race. She’ll bring common sense back to the halls of Congress and put America first.

SAI OFFICIAL position on red flag laws

Washington, DC — President of the Second Amendment Institute Tyler Yzaguirre stated the following on behalf of the organization:

It has been the long-standing position of the Second Amendment Institute (SAI) to reject any form of Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs), more commonly known as “Fred Flag Laws.”

Red Flag Laws are not only a stain on our Constitutional Republic, but also a violation of our Second Amendment rights and Due Process.

Our country was founded on the principle that one is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Red Flag Laws negate this presumption of innocence and replace it with the presumption of guilt.

Red Flag Laws are inconsistent with Due Process and allow for the confiscation of firearms from innocent Americans.

SAI will stand firm against Red Falg Laws and anyone who supports them.”

sai kicks off national students for self-defense tour

On Wednesday, September 5, Students for Self-Defense a project of the Second Amendment Institue, launched it's national college campus tour at West Chester University.

Students for Self-Defense educates, recruits, and activates college students to overturn harmful and oppressive anti-self-defense policies on their college campus.

In 2018, more than 50% of America's top 100 universities experienced extreme hikes in crime on campus. Yet these same universities continue to oppress and victimize their students through restrictive self-defense policies, such as pepper spray bans.

While West Chester University's S4SD chapter is thriving, the national organization still needs your help to continue the national tour, and bring an end to harmful policies.

With the help of the Leadership Institute's Field Representative for Pennsylvania, Seven Surack, more than 120 WCU Rams signed up for their chapter of S4SD.

sai extends its deepest CONDOLENCES TO MOLLIE TIBBETTs's FAMILY

The tragic death of Mollie Tibbetts reminds us that we must continue to fight for self-defense rights.

As citizens must work to prevent such tragedies.

Mollie was a college student at the University of Iowa, residing in a state that does not allow her to carry a concealed weapon at the age of 20, and furthermore does not allow campus carry.

In a world that the radical left wants to continue to allow in illegal immigrants, like the one that murdered Mollie, and destroy our hardworking law enforcement, now more than ever we need to fight for our God-given right to self-defense.

The Second Amendment Institute extends its deepest condolences to Mollie Tibbetts's family and joins the nation in mourning.

sai joins patriot picket to defend 2a against march 4 our lives gun grabbers at nra hq

On Saturday, 8/4, your Second Amendment Institute joined Maryland's Patriot Picket, and took on the face of tyranny head on. March 4 Our Lives, a national gun-control organization funded by billionaire bullies Michael Bloomberg and George Soros, gathered at the NRA Headquarters in Fairfax, VA in protest against the NRA. Ironically, the building was completely empty.

SAI and the Patriot Picket shined the light of freedom into the face of darkness by engaging freedom hating gun-grabbers. SAI President Tyler Yzaguirre spoke to more than a dozen gun-control advocates in order to find out where the stood on the gun issue. The overwhelming majority of those who Tyler and Dick spoke to, said they want complete disarmament of law-abiding citizens.

Fairfax County Police set up unconstitutional DMZ and free speech zones, and threatened to arrest those who crossed the border more than once after 12pm.

Patriot Picket leader Jeff Hulbert was arrested in the DMZ zone, for exercising his Constitutional right to freedom of speech under the First Amendment. His court date is 8/28.
